Return & Refund Policy

At Surma Valley Premium Tea, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Eligible Cases

A return, replacement, or refund may be considered if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Claim Process

To submit a claim, please provide:

- Order Number

- Customer Name

- Contact Number

- Clear photos or videos of the issue

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.

The company reserves the right to review and approve all claims before issuing a refund or replacement.
